Framed ("we", "our", or "the app") is built with privacy at its core. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Photos are captured on your device and may be processed for real-time composition coaching. We do not store your photos on our servers. Sensor data such as gyroscope and accelerometer readings are used locally and never transmitted.
Purchases and subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store. We receive anonymized subscription status but not your payment details.
We may collect anonymized usage analytics — feature usage, crash reports — to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is included.
We use third-party services for AI processing, analytics, and payment handling. These services process data as needed to provide app functionality and do not retain your photos or personal images.
We do not store your photos or personal images. Image data sent for AI analysis is processed in real-time and not retained. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 12 months.
You may request deletion of any data associated with your use by contacting us. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
Framed is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
